The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC and possess strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and approval processes
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, or a related field (master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
