Job Role: Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a team of 20-25 staff members across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of successfully scaling teams and managing diverse operations in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management is required. Fluency in English and local language is essential for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company's vision, operational structure, organisational hierarchy, user demographics, etc.
  • Implement company-defined standards in all departments, ensuring high service quality experiences for guests.
  • Manage operational budgets by allocating resources effectively and minimising expenses through cost-effective strategies.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.
