Job Description

Health1 Hospital is seeking a Billing & TPA Executive to join their team. As a key member of the hospital network, this role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless billing and claims processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing in-patient and out-patient billing processes with accuracy. This includes coordinating with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for smooth cashless approvals and claims.

Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying bills, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. The ideal candidate will also follow up on pending claims, denials, and settlements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A graduate degree in Commerce or Healthcare Management is preferred, along with 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing or TPA services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce / Healthcare Management (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of hospital billing/TPA experience
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, coding, and hospital billing systems
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
