Job Title: Insurance Claims Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Insurance Claims Administrator. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fills out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents with accuracy.
  • Visits multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms and maintains records of all data.
  • Verifies and cross-checks client information for correctness and completeness.
  • Collects and organizes required supporting documents from clients.
  • Maintains records of submitted forms and tracks their status.
  • Coordinates with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensures all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assists with data entry and updating client information in the database/CRM.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Meets productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
