Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to support and enhance our organization's infrastructure within a finance-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and network security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime. They will conduct quarterly risk assessments and implement security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks.

Additionally, they will deploy, manage, and optimize services on AWS and Microsoft Azure, administer Microsoft 365, and configure policies using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.

They will also maintain endpoint protection and threat detection, configure and manage firewalls, and monitor network traffic.

Key Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with CCNA or MCSE certification (added advantage).
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT roles within finance or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, or CSCRF compliance frameworks, hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM.
  • Proficiency in VAPT, cybersecurity best practices, and endpoint protection, knowledge of trading applications Odin and Omnesys, exchange setup software NEAT, Bolt, and Bolt plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, knowledge of network troubleshooting, email issues, outlook configuration, Apple MAC Operating systems, database server like MS-SQL, MySQL installation, troubleshooting, and backup.
  • Understanding of corporate networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure, cloud computing, shared storage technologies, G-suite, Office 365, Microsoft operating systems installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Language proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.
