Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead our technology infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems across the organization.

  • Manage daily IT operations including servers, storage, cloud, networks, and databases.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems and applications.
  • Monitor capacity, system performance, and implement preventive maintenance.
  • Establish business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Lead and mentor IT engineers, system administrators, and technical support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
  • Define SLAs and ensure compliance across IT operations.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
  • Implement access controls, backup strategies, and patch management.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard IT systems.
  • Lead infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud implementations, or upgrades.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
