Systems Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations department, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and storage solutions. You will work closely with our IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as provide support for business-critical applications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, including experience with Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Virtualization, and server hardware. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, both proactively and reactively.
  • Provide support for business-critical applications and ensure their smooth operation.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Wintel administration.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Virtualization, and server hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a global team and with different jurisdictions is highly desirable.
