Identity Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) specialist to support and enhance our organization's IAM program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Okta Identity Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Okta platform, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and API integrations.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
