Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of front-level employees and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in the Health Care domain with RCM, Denial Management and collection is mandatory.
  2. Handling Clients from End to end for a better process flow.
  3. Responsible for the day-to-day management of 15 – 25 front level employees.
  4. Adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
  5. Minimize errors/feedback and increase first touch resolution through effective coaching, support, supplemental training and understanding of departmental procedures to maximize utilization of resources.
  6. Provide feedback on performance, monitoring attendance, leave requests, ensure accuracy of hours worked and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Recommend and/or make decisions in personnel related matters (Attrition, disciplinary actions, and terminations).
  8. Assist with attendance documentation, weekly timesheet validation and schedule adherence.
  9. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure service levels are being met with continued focus on exceeding performance requirements.
  10. Act as point of contact for escalated account issues or problems that occur by directly responding to escalated calls from customers.
  11. Timely response to mails.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream and progressive work experience in Healthcare RCM, Billing and Collection.
  • 5-10 years of over experience.
