Job Title: Healthcare Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Lead to oversee the management of our healthcare team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the health care domain, with expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Denial Management, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of 15-25 front-level employees, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards.
  2. Candidate Coaching: Provide effective coaching, support, and supplemental training to minimize errors and feedback.
  3. Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave requests, and ensure accuracy of hours worked, while maintaining company policies and procedures.
  4. Persoanl Matters: Recommend and make decisions on personnel-related matters, including attrition, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  5. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and adjust staffing levels to meet service levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling clients from end-to-end, ensuring a better process flow, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
