Job Title: Team Leader with US Healthcare Experience

Our team is looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage our operations and lead our team to success. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of your team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), denial management, and collections. You will also need to have knowledge of insurance collections and be able to handle clients from end-to-end.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 15-25 front-level employees
  • Adhering to key performance indicators, service level agreements, and quality standards
  • Minimizing errors and increasing first-touch resolution through effective coaching and training
  • Providing feedback on performance, monitoring attendance, and leave requests
  • Recommending and making decisions in personnel-related matters
  • Assisting with attendance documentation, weekly timesheet validation, and schedule adherence
  • Monitoring and adjusting staffing levels to ensure service levels are being met
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalated account issues or problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Progressive work experience in healthcare RCM, billing, and collection
  • 5-10 years of experience
