The Team Lead HCC will be responsible for overseeing the healthcare compliance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HCC team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCC initiatives and projects.
- Develop and implement HCC strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track team performance and identify improvement areas.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any graduatioon degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team lead.
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance role or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
