Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy across all customers in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliation between our Warehouse Management System and physical stock to ensure accuracy.
  • Track inward quantities, order processed quantities, cancelled quantities, and compare them with available stock quantities on a daily basis.
  • Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer, allocating necessary manpower and resources to achieve high inventory accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate quarterly wall-to-wall counting for all customers to maintain excellent inventory management practices.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy of 99.65% and minimize loss below 0.03% by developing effective procedures.
  • Provide data support to internal and external auditors as required.
  • Develop strategies to prevent loss of high-value items and reduce warehouse damage to inventory.
  • Monitor and manage packing material counts on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with strong analytical skills and relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various order processing software systems.
