Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations, including familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems. They will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and systematic storage of materials for easy traceability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
