City Head

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead the growth of our multi-outlet Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations as City Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QSR, casual dining, or retail operations, with proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations of a city.

  • Drive profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, efficient processes, and high-performing teams.
  • Own and lead city-level operations with an unwavering focus on product quality, operational excellence, and customer delight.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for all outlets in Mumbai & Pune ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and quality standards.
  • Take full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue targets, margin improvements, and cost controls are consistently met.

The City Head will collaborate closely with various teams to align city operations with business goals and drive operational efficiency and customer engagement. Strong analytical skills and expertise in using data for decision-making are essential for this role.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage Operations, field HR, Training, Maintenance function across the city.
  • Maintain top-tier customer service with excellent product ratings, consistent service speed and food quality standards across all stores.
  • Regularly audit stores for compliance, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management.
  • 8–15 years of experience in QSR, casual dining, or retail operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations of a city, with strong P&L and data-driven management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data for decision-making.
