Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up, lead, and scale business operations in the city
  • Manage and coach team leads to achieve operational excellence and profitability
  • Craft and achieve business goals regarding driver experience and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior operations staff to drive projects and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
  • A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and leadership abilities
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • The ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
Work Environment:

You will work closely with the City General Manager and the Central Operations Team to achieve business objectives and drive success.
