Manage Revenue Growth and Drive Performance Metrics

Spearhead revenue growth and drive performance metrics in a dynamic region as a seasoned leader. Foster business initiatives including product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor partnerships.

  • Contribute significantly to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Have a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a talented team of Business/Design Managers, Designers, DPs, and LPs on a daily basis.
  • Cultivate an ecosystem that fosters successful Design experiences for both internal teams and customers.
  • Owning the quality of Design Closure for Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat (happy customer experience), and E-sat (happy team members).
  • Be the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, ensuring continuous feedback for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and Leadership Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in B.Design/Civil or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written/oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Possesses significant personal and professional drive to improve Design and Design experience continuously.
  • In-depth understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and more.
  • Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, and manage a diverse team of BMs, TAMs, IDs, and LPs.
  • Tracking and training: Train and coach the team, track performance, course correct, and reward appropriately.
  • Customer empathy: Appreciate customer problems and be a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
