Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for EV Charging Station solutions within a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B or infrastructure sales, preferably in the EV or renewable energy space, with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for EV charging station solutions in the assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, government, and real estate segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, fleet operators, commercial property owners, and government bodies.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, legal, operations) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong network in commercial real estate, automotive, or energy markets is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
