We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive tour package sales and grow our presence in the Kannur to Thalassery zone. If you're energetic, ambitious, and ready to turn travel dreams into reality, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell tour packages (domestic and international) to individuals and groups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and travel trends in the Kannur-Thalassery region.
- Collaborate with the team to design attractive tour offers and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales performance.
- Participate in local events, fairs, and roadshows to generate leads.
What We're Looking For:
- Age 20–25 years with a high-energy, customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism trends.
- Willingness to travel locally within the target zone.
