Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead critical projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.
  • Process Optimization: Help design and implement scalable processes and SOPs for a growing organization.
  • Executive Support: Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, internal communications, and key decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for tackling urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.

Requirements:

  • Start-up Experience: Experience working at early-stage start-ups (internships or full-time).
  • Leadership Skills: Prior professional, internship, or college leadership experience handling multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
  • Passion and Accountability: A passionate, hardworking, and responsible approach to problem-solving and ownership.
