Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative and legal functions of our charitable trust.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, accountants, and lawyers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation for the trust.
  • Prepare and submit reports and records to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.
  • A minimum of 3–4 years of experience managing a charitable trust is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of trust regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, especially in drafting letters, agendas, and resolutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and record management is necessary.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our charitable trust, ensuring that all administrative, legal, and compliance functions are handled efficiently and effectively.
