If yes, we invite you to join our mission-driven team at Ratnanidhi Charitable Trust's Science Discovery Centre. We're looking for a Science Teacher (with B.Sc./M.Sc. B.Ed. qualification) to lead learning experiences for school students (Grades 5 to 9) from low-income backgrounds, many of whom come from schools without science labs. About the Centre:Located at Babulnath, Mumbai (750 sq ft, fully air-conditioned, 1st floor)Equipped with 80 interactive science models demonstrating key concepts in Physics and MathematicsHouses a 2,000-book science and math library

Features 10 desktop computers for digital learning

Designed to inspire, engage, and educate through a hands-on, holistic learning environment Role & Responsibilities:Conduct science sessions using the models and experiments for visiting school groups

Make abstract Physics and Mathematics concepts tangible and exciting

Work closely with accompanying school teachers to align sessions with school curricula

Manage the smooth functioning of the science centre on a daily basis

Maintain learning materials, support student interactions, and manage the schedule of visiting schools

Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning Eligibility Criteria:Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Physics/Mathematics preferred)B.Ed. degree is mandatory

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and MarathiPrior teaching experience is desirable but not essential

Passionate about science education and working with children
