you're answering a calling. You'll oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

Implement & oversee diverse projects with specialized teams

- Ensure successful achievement of project targets

- Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation

- Build a volunteer -mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects

-Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi

- A positive, community-focused mindset
