
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Client Services Representative. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Curate and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, utilizing knowledge of community management.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize brand presence on different platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelance networks to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Influence without direct authority, establishing efficient working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives and objectives.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives.
- Facilitate resolution of issues by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, execute and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects that match/exceed set quality standards.
- Monitor capacity utilization on projects and supply of talent accordingly.
- Mentor, train and lead a team of project managers and supply leads.
- Decent strategy knowledge.
- Build strong client relationships, identifying pain points and future needs.
- Meet clients regularly, being a strategic, solution-oriented partner via email and phone.
- Work with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate projects from inception.
- Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budgeting.
- End-to-end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish.
- Set and implement systems and processes for process improvements & operational efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigor.
