Job Title: Manager - CDP Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients to translate business objectives into actionable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer data platform architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Provide digital analytics guidance for assigned accounts to identify, plan, and execute analysis opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client requests and manage relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar).
  • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.
