IT Support Role Overview

The IT Support Executive provides technical assistance to users of client software, resolving errors and issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Offer expert technical support to clients using various software applications
  2. Identify and troubleshoot technical problems promptly
  3. Utilize the IT Service Management system for efficient issue resolution
  4. Evaluate complex problems requiring escalation to internal resources or vendors
  5. Operate within established guidelines to deliver job requirements
  6. Communicate effectively with end-users to understand business challenges
Key Services Provided
  1. Password reset services
  2. O365 license management
  3. Troubleshooting network drive connectivity
  4. User account management (Local/Domain)
  5. Operating system support
  6. Printer setup and configuration (Local and Networked)
  7. Client-side software installation
  8. Troubleshooting client-side network connection issues
  9. Office 365 troubleshooting
  10. Email setup on mobile devices

The IT Support Executive is also responsible for processing incoming Service Desk emails, creating tickets, and collecting necessary client information.
