HCM Technical Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced HCM technical specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM tools and hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrations using the HCM API
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas and reports in Oracle HCM Tech
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in Compensation and Equity area in Oracle
  • Expertise in Mulesoft is highly desirable but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
