Senior Oracle HCM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management.

This role requires a candidate who possesses strong technical skills, including expertise in the following areas:

  • HCM Modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk
  • Fusion Experience: Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Process Flow: Knowledge of process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions

The successful candidate will be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.

A minimum of 5 up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of delivering successful implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
  2. Strong knowledge of HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk
  3. Hands-on experience working with Fusion and exposure to EBS
  4. Ability to design and implement effective process flows and set-ups
  5. Excellent technical skills, including expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools
