As a Regional Sales Manager at Parishram Resources Pvt. Ltd., you will be leading and developing sales strategy, teams, and processes to achieve revenue targets. Your role will involve providing strategic vision and tactical direction, overseeing the responsibilities of employees, and representing the organization in promoting and selling the company's product range.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and guiding them to achieve their sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience as a sales leader in the FMCG/Spice brand sector.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the same role or at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager. Additionally, you should have experience with launching new categories of products in Spice, Pickles, Sauces, and Commodity, as well as experience leading channel sales across multiple geographies.

Excellent territory knowledge is a must, and you should be able to provide strategic vision and tactical direction to the sales team.
