We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Executive in the field of insurance and financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our insurance and financial services products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our insurance and financial services products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service, preferably in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation and proficiency in using online platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from Rs 120,000 to Rs 300,000, based on performance and capability.
