At Orange Antelopes, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with senior sales representatives to learn about our company's products and services, as well as develop your sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, or other means of communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Work with senior sales representatives.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to senior sales representatives regarding customer needs and preferences.
  • Attend training and development sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
