At Orange Antelopes, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Professional to develop their skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques and principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Research and identify potential customers through various means of communication.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to generate new business.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to senior sales representatives regarding customer needs and preferences.
  • Attend training and development sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
