Student Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Student Counselor to join our team in Tirupati, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and guide them on various UG & PG courses offered by our institution.
  • Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same to improve our services.
  • Handle queries over the telephone and maintain accurate records of calls made and received.
  • Convert leads to admissions, leveraging your excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools
