**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Global Education Coordinator to lead students through their higher education abroad journey. This role will provide personalized guidance, support admissions and visa processes, and ensure high student satisfaction and successful conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process—application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
