Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as a Bachelor of Science Faculty. This role involves teaching undergraduate students and guiding research projects in Bachelor of Science programs at a reputable institution.

  • Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions that cater to the needs of students
  • Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods that align with academic standards
  • Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work, ensuring student safety and well-being
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities, providing mentorship and support
  • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations, using fair and unbiased methods
  • Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities that promote excellence in education
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth, helping them achieve their full potential
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives that contribute to the institution's reputation
  • Maintain a discipline and conducive learning environment that fosters student success

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks
  • NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline is preferred
  • 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills
  • Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices
