Job Title: ServiceNow Workflow Specialist - FMCG Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with expertise in SKU creation workflows within the FMCG domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow development and integration, as well as experience with ServiceNow workflow design.

This role involves designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo STEP. Additionally, the successful candidate will support existing Skelta BPM workflows and lead workflow lifecycle from design to rollout and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
