Job Title:

ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules, focusing on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement threat intelligence integrations and vulnerability scanner connections to strengthen security posture
  • Benchmark use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR) to optimize processes
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to gather detailed requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems to ensure seamless information exchange
  • Develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution to minimize downtime
  • Perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities to guarantee system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment
  • Document solution design, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps architecture, data models, and module interdependencies
  • Proven experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools and scripting expertise
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations, along with strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and drive project success
