Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the role of Server Infrastructure and ServiceNow Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT server infrastructure and the ServiceNow platform.

  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to safeguard data.
  • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to servers to protect against vulnerabilities.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for servers and networks.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. They will ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity of the ServiceNow platform.
