
Senior Lifestyle Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to scale lifestyle categories by building strong brand partnerships, driving assortment strategies, and owning business growth.
This role offers P&L ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and high visibility in a fast-scaling consumer business.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Management & Partnerships:
- Identify, onboard & scale homegrown and established lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate exclusive deals, better margins & enhanced visibility.
- Category Management:
- Develop & execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
- Create assortment plans & ensure high on-shelf availability.
- Track consumer & market trends to curate relevant selections.
- Business Growth & P&L:
- Drive revenue & margin growth via pricing, promotions & forecasting.
- Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations & seasonal events.
- Monitor competitors & market trends for new growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance & marketing teams.
- Share insights on customer journey, merchandising & platform improvements.
- 5–8 years in category management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred).
- Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation & relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
