Lifestyle Manager Job

This prestigious role supports the office of a senior leader, combining executive assistance and lifestyle management. It requires a polished, service-oriented professional with a background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments.
  • Handle communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize domestic and international travel with a focus on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the senior leader.
  • Maintain high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hospitality background with experience in leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience (EA background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.

A highly polished professional from the hospitality or luxury services industry is required to support and manage the professional and personal requirements of this senior leader's office.
