Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects in technology, artificial intelligence, product development, and marketing.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Growth Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns.
  • Product Innovation: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Founder's Office Operations: Manage the founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial documents.
  • Problem-Solving & Execution: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth task execution.
  • Leadership Development: Shadow the founder, learn decision-making frameworks, and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities.
