Strategic Business Development Role

The Strategic Business Development Team plays a pivotal role in fostering business growth, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business sourcing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify key insights and drivers.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to share expertise and best practices.
  • Present data-driven insights to Senior Management for reviews and recommendations.
  • Track and measure Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Service Operation Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skill Sets:
  • Experience in corporate salary solutions and understanding of business operations from a field perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools like Pivot Tables, vlookup, sorting, etc.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills for Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Must be based at the Infinity Office location.
