Practice Development Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to support our practice development initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic execution.
  • Prepare high-quality submissions for rankings, directories, and awards.
  • Draft, maintain, and update marketing collateral, including firm profiles and deal lists.
  • Track market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to the firm's practice areas.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships. This role combines research, communications, and PR, offering you the opportunity to work at the intersection of law, business, and media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth of our firm's practices through market research and strategic execution.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including firm profiles and deal lists.
  • Liaise with journalists and monitor media opportunities to enhance our firm's reputation.
  • Collaborate with our PR team to plan and execute thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate internal trackers and databases to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in legal research, PR, or professional services is an asset.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
