Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to fill the role of an Administrative Assistant.

This position will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  2. Manage visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  3. Oversee office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable.
  4. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
  5. Maintain records and files as per company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-1 years of experience in front office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar role.
