  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reliable and maintainable backend architectures
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for efficient frontend-backend communication
  • Manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB
  • Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience in a product or platform team
  • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript; familiarity with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Proficient in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Understanding of backend security principles and performance monitoring tools
