Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee the development of scalable, well-designed, and architected systems for product development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java-based backend systems.
  • Mentor and lead a team of software engineers in implementing best practices, architecture, and design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product architecture, technology stack, and infrastructure.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and scalability of systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and building scalable, well-designed, and architected systems.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, design patterns, and code reviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of software engineers.
