- Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
- Proficient in writing & creating customized emails
- Perform cross-functional tasks
- Handle data collection, sorting and verification
- Create meeting minutes
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients over calls
- Follow instructions from senior colleagues
- Organize & prioritize tasks
- Regularly follow up with customers over calls for collection and follow-up on invoices
- Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales
- Experience & knowledge of B2B Saas industry
- Ability to dedicate 9 hours a day for 6 days a week. Available to start from 10 am onwards
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- Knowledge of various tools & data collection
- Experience in customer relationship management
