Customer Service Planner Job

This key role supports customer satisfaction and product lifecycle by participating in Engineering Change Order (ECO) meetings, creating new parts, BOMs, and packaging in R2P. The position also involves planning phase-in and phase-out activities for CS parts, procuring CS parts, overseeing in-house production, and dispatching to CS Mumbai and CS Fürth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in ECO and EVO meetings to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  2. Create new parts, BOMs, and packaging in R2P to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  3. Plan for phase-in and phase-out activities for CS parts to minimize disruptions.
  4. Procure CS parts from in-house suppliers and external vendors to meet demand.
  5. Oversee in-house production of tubs, panel bodies, and other components.
  6. Plan and dispatch CS parts to CS Mumbai and CS Fürth.
  7. Manage production order conversion, delivery notes, and E-way bill generation to ensure timely deliveries.
  8. Support SCL in delivery processes to improve overall efficiency.
  9. Track and update routing, costing, and MRP for new part numbers to maintain accuracy.
  10. Resolve open eFSB calls related to field issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Release production orders, update CS delivery reports, and review open orders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years in spare parts planning, production planning, or material management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in material and production planning modules.
  • Experience in BOM creation, routing, and master data handling.
  • Knowledge of iService, R2P system, and Eway bill handling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spare parts management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
