Job Description:

Conflict Resolution: Finds solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups.

Delegation: Assigns tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for overall outcome.

Process Improvement: Drives improvements through data insights, implementing automation where possible, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Operational Efficiency: Optimizes business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product/service quality.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinates with WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.

Coaching/Mentoring: Guides, supports, and motivates individuals or teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Team Engagement: Organizes team engagement activities to promote positive work environment.

Problem Solving: Breaks down simple problems, identifies potential solutions, and takes action to resolve issue.

Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interprets data, communicates findings effectively to stakeholders.

Effective Communication: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding of unique needs to different audiences.
