Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our founders with strategic planning, project management, and administrative tasks.

Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Provide administrative support to the founders, including coordination of meetings and preparation of reports
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Administrative Support
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
